Development Conceptual Design

This proposal was developed for a developer client the firm was familiar with and understood their general renovation goals and strategies. The project involved repurposing a gutted townhouse-style building in an urban setting for mixed commercial and residential use. Focusing on circulation, utilities, and access to natural light, the proposal included hand-drawn plans, digitally enhanced, to clarify diagrams. The project required ongoing client communication, coordination, and an understanding of typical room size requirements.
